I've started to save the bark I strip off my wands because it's such a handy addition to a magical store cupboard. I divide it all up into rough handfuls and pack it in 4" x 6" fully biodegradable, food safe, film-fronted paper bags. Each type is photographed on a 7 inch diameter plate and the amount in the photo is the amount you get, it's pretty much the most I can get in a bag.
They're all perfect for including in magical powders and potions, adding to incense, for ritual or ceremonial burning, adding to pot-pourri, or popping into a mojo bag. They are all well dried and most can be cut up with scissors or a herb grinder if you prefer a finer mix. Bark shares the same magical properties as the rest of the tree, and for a nice strong dose of a particular tree's mojo it's useful to use as many different parts of it as you can find; wood, bark, leaves, flowers, fruit.

Check the drop-down list to see what's available right now. If you don't see what you want, I might be able to make up a bag full if you ask. I usually have at least most of the Ogham woods available.
Fully organic and untreated with chemicals of any kind.
This bark is what I strip off the wands that I make using a sharp knife, and occasionally there may be a very thin sliver of wood still attached to the back. Most of it is quite thin and in narrow strips because it comes off relatively young and slender sticks, but sometimes I have larger or thicker pieces if I've been working with bigger logs. The bark will always be CLEAN! There may be hard lichen, but I thoroughly brush it all over to remove anything loose, such as the fruiting part of lichen or any variety of moss.
Please be aware that some countries do not allow the importation of bark. It is up to you to ensure that an item is not in breach of the customs regulations of your country before you buy.
As usual for the botanical spell ingredients, they will be packaged for shipping in reclaimed materials if possible. It enables me to keep the costs down and keeps a jiffy bag out of landfill.
